What's the difference between Pilates classes and personal training?

Pilates classes focus on core strength, stability, and alignment in a small group setting. Personal training is one-to-one (or small group) and tailored specifically to your goals—whether that’s strength building, weight-loss, injury recovery, or habit formation. Both are grounded and supportive.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. Our classes and sessions are designed for all levels, especially those returning to movement or rebuilding confidence. Everything is tailored to your current capability and progressed safely.

Are classes and training available online?

All movement and fitness services are in-person only at our Brisbane studio. This allows for hands-on guidance, form correction, and personalized support.
