Whole-Person Wellbeing.
At Summit Mind & Body, we take a whole-person approach that brings together mindset, movement and massage in a way that is practical, grounded, and genuinely supportive. We work with both the body and the beliefs behind it—addressing physical capability through supported movement and body therapy, while supporting internal alignment through mind based therapies. This combination helps clients feel stronger in their bodies and clearer in their minds—a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
Meet Jane McCartney
I created Summit Mind & Body from a simple belief: when people feel strong in their bodies and clear in their minds, they move through life with more peace, confidence and ease.
Movement was always where I felt grounded, but I eventually realized physical fitness alone wasn’t enough. I needed support with the beliefs, stress patterns and automatic behaviours that were shaping my daily choices and affecting my health.
After moving through some challenging mental and physical periods, I knew I had to break the cycle of repeating the same limiting behaviours. That led me into learning about the brain and behaviour, and eventually to The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.
I had experience in the Demartini method which was helpful but I could feel something was missing. I was then introduced to PSYCH‑K®, and this is where things shifted. For the first time, I could change the deeply held, self‑sabotaging patterns that were influencing my health and fitness—many of which I hadn’t even realised were running in the background.
The process was so effective that I trained in it myself. I wanted to bring this sense of peace and clarity to my family but once I began training I knew I wanted to offer it more widely to clients.
Today, I help clients build strength, stability, and self-trust—physically and emotionally—so they can create sustainable change in their health and wellbeing.
Meet Peter Maxwell
Having experienced injuries and long-term illness, I found that regular exercise and better nutrition helped me heal and become stronger. But I still had old thinking patterns that were blocking my progress. Meeting Jane and discovering PSYCH-K® changed everything—I felt a shift in my thinking from the first session.
I have extensive deep tissue and sports massage experience, and now specialize in injury recovery and Scar Release Therapy, helping release trapped pain from trauma injuries. By blending PSYCH-K® with strength-based movement, I help clients gently return to sustainable exercise routines with confidence.
