How do I choose between 4, 8, or 12 weeks?

It depends on your goals and timeline.  The 4-week program is great for focused, specific goals. 8 weeks is our most popular for habit formation and meaningful change.  12 weeks is best for deep transformation and complex patterns.  Book a clarity conversation to discuss which suits you best
